SYF 08 helllo it already two days after SYF 2008 which was held at the national stadium . if you haven't heard DEYI MILITARY BAND finally clinched the best display band award along with the best drum major award & the gold with honors award. after so many months of training under the hot sun and months whereby WE were being insulted by TKian band members , our band pulled through . i cried practically before & after the show and when the results were announced , i along with the other members and ex-members ,screamed jumped and cried for joy . i was very emotional especially when i saw FIFI MADAM . though i hated her last time because i thought she was an unreasonable senior who liked torturing me , but i have to THANK her. if it wasn't for her , i doubt I'll be who i am today. yeppps it was her who actually taught me how to check my dressings properly and it was only until i became a senior that i realized her intentions & how frustrating it can be when your juniors don't do their stuff well.she really did leave a deep impression on me & i'll never forget my SYF 2006 experiences . rachel madam ,( vickness & sharie & joel) sir came as well then we did a trumpet cheer . rahhhh , for now i just want to study as much so that i can do well enough to be able to go to Holland and compete in the nation wide marching band competition!
